T-3 Energy Services (TTES)

TTES filed an S-1 today. First Reserve is selling almost all their stock on the public markets. Nothing to say here, other than that I'm a bit dissappointed TTES will not be sold and the stock will face near-term pressure from the secondary. Stay tuned.
