Web.com (WWWW) / Interland Update
There is a great webcast available with the CEO of Interland, soon to be known as Web.com (WWW).
You can access the webcast by clicking here.
A couple of new and important points that I picked up were:
- The CEO is taking no salary at the current time. His whole compensation is in stock. This is very bullish.
- The company has several unique patent positions in the web hosting business which they plan to monetize over time.
- The company has little cap-ex needs going forward, so as profitablility resumes, free cash-flow should be strong.
- Major focus on expanding partner relationships to target small and medium-sized businesses.
- Company wants to be the de-facto brand in website hosting via the Web.com name.
There are alot more interesting points, I encourage you to listen to the Webcast.
The bottom-line is that I´m still quite bullish on WWWW (or INLD), mainly because the management here is quite talented and the business opportunity is big and attractive (i.e. the web hosting business is an excellent and very profitable business). In addition, the stock appears undervalued as compared to WSPI.
